Did anyone who rode last night notice if the bullet hits just before the 1st screen were working? I remember them from USH but they were inop on Thursday.

Bullet hits, where? On the RV? In the real set before the 1st screen? I dont recall any bullet hits, other than NEST soldiers firing at the Decepticon trying to grab the all spark in the 1st screen.

Opened with Murder she Wrote then Hercules and Zena were there. The building has sat empty for what seems like a decade except for one use during HHN's for the house Horror Night Nightmares which featured past icons. It was called SS44 and looked like this

Re: Ash's post, yes, he is correct, but I think he forgot the first scene: it is almost identical to the first scene in Spider-Man. Still, this is a fantastic ride, much needed for the park, and so much better than an empty building just sitting there. It will be enormously popular.

I'm pretty sure it's just an audio track where it sounds like bullets are hitting EVAC. When I rode, it was working fine.

You will get softs but those are not imminent signs of opening. They were all on hours before opening yesterday, like 5 or 6 hours before opening. Look for another 5-5:30PM soft IMO.

To my knowledge Teebs there are still issues with the VTU's and despite my better judgment ill admit there are still some RV's "not ready"

There are 2 pairs of elevators, the RVs alternate in them so one can transport guests while the other is resetting for the next RV.

Wow, I just keep getting more & more fascinated with this ride the more I discover. So after watching more videos, I figured out the split paths before going into the 1st lift, which takes place after the second screen (scene) where Bumbleee rips the head off that animal cat looking Decepticon. For path 1, RV just veers left. For path 2, the RV does a 180, than continues to veer right. So I wonder, is each vehicle only assigned to 1 ride path & can only ride that path, or do all RVS go through both ride paths?

In the very first scene, before you turn to face the 1st 3d screen, look carefully at the garage door to your right. There are small circular holes in the wall that are supposed to flash to simulate bullet hits. The audio effect is on the soundtrack but the lights weren't working last time I rode. It's a minor effect but adds visual interest to the opening seconds.

The story behind this next pic is that I could've swore that this was HTF. I trailed him all the way back to Diagon where he was taking construction pics I think he noticed I was following him and so I asked him if he was from OU and he quickly shook his head no. I was quite ashamed but amused at the same time. I thought I was being ninja on the ninja himself

Yeah, I did always know that there were 2 pair of lifts, I guess I shouldve communicated that better... so yeah, depending on which lift you enter or exit, the RV turns in a different direction depending on which lift your RV enters or exits. So for entering or exiting a lift, the RV just has to turn a little bit to go to the next screen right after getting off of one of the lifts, & for the other lift the RV has to do a 180 before going to the next screen. I also noticed that since you enter either lift from different directions, that each lift's projection is squenched in opposite directions to accomodate, so there is in fact 2 different versions for each lift that goes up & that goes down. If you watch multiple POVs of the ride, you'll catch it.

So for those wondering why sometimes you can see the crashed yellow Voltswagon (G1 Bumblebee) right after being caught by Bumblebee, & sometimes you cant, that's why, you were on a different lift. Soon I will make a video mock up floor plan of the alternate ride paths into the different lifts.
