Actually, I don't believe it is going to get any taller. Height-wise, the control booth on top is one of the last items to be placed on a gantry, short of the gantry (boom) stabilizer above it. The gantry itself is the final part to be put in place.

Yeah... perhaps it is an issue of clearances, perhaps it's the proximity to crowds. The cap appears to be right around 60'.

One thing I considered was that USH's building had it's walls up, and had to swing it's elevator mechanisms and everything OVER one of those walls and needed clearance. I'm thinking maybe the elevator stuff will be installed first this time, decreasing the nead for the crane height.
