Based on the new aerials from WDW Fan Boys, it appears that the side of the Transformers building facing New York is now enclosed.

Hopefully the facade will be going up after the holidays I would go and snap pics but I have the power pass and I'm blocked out of both parks from Dec. 26th until Jan. 2nd
