A scupper is an opening in the side walls of an open-air structure, for purposes of draining water.

These are permanent. I believe they will drain on the roof below. The lower roof will more than likely use roof drains (think of a shower drain) that will have interior drain lines so they will not be visible. One of my shots from a ways back shows interior lines for the main roof.


See the large white pipe PVC hanging just below the top of the structure. That would be one of the roof drain lines.

That's impressive engineering. :thumbs: What are your thoughts on any possible facades?

The PVC looks more like condensation drain pipes to me.

Thats what I first thought. Then I remembered the condensation usually drains into a roof drain.

It's possible but I don't believe so. Look at the locations of the drops through the roof compared to the interior duct-work. There are not HVAC air handles near the PVC drops. Also, the pipe is rather large for a condensate drain.

They are standard PVC DWV pipe and fittings. Pretty standard stuff and pretty done on any new buildings being put up

One small thing I noticed was that the banner is back on HRRR! Also, why are those beams red?

They are theming elements. I believe they are painted fluorescent red/orange so they will show up better in the darker ride environment.

Can we expect to have any theming elements on the building by then? Just seems like it would confuse some people for them to be in the middle of nowhere just walking around unless they had some nice statues/exterior theming to compliment them.
