Yes, the conduit is being used strictly for theming.

The building should look like a light caramel brown color. That is if they're trying to replicate the N.E.S.T. base from Dark of the Moon.

I've heard there will be at least one more 3D element.

Well, if that really is the extent of the theming, I think it is a huge failure of Uni's part. Big cop out. You can't build a building that large 360 degrees, in that spot, and phone it in with fake conduit. I appreciate the whole last minute green-light to save from paying Uncle Sam, but that doesn't excuse sloppy implementation. I was hoping it was going to be supplemental to an overall facade.

Worse than HRRR for New York. I am really harsh on Disney, and if Disney was doing this people would be screaming.

I hope so! If it is supplemental aesthetic or non-aesthetic, than no biggie, but with the order in which they are installing these pieces, my expectations are dropping.
