Well, for starters I am big fan of the the 1st film, from the epic score by Steve Jablonksy which I have & listen to the CD all the time, to them bringing back Peter Cullen as Prime, I love it. I also have the Xbox game. & I usually dont care for movies that are spun off of old cartoons or tv series, such as GI Joe, The A Team, Speedracer, Dukes of Hazard, etc etc etc. Transformers for me is the exception.
So when I 1st heard about the ride coming to Hollywood & Singapore, I was mad & excited at the same time, excited they were making a ride, & mad that it wasnt coming here. I even planned on flying to Hollywood just so I could ride it, film it, & document it.
Than Jaws closes. We went on the last day of the ride & didnt know this until that very day! I didnt know about the HP 2.0 rumor, so I of course was hoping that Transformers would take it's place. Than I heard about HP 2.0 coming there, which wouldve made me mad. In my mind, if there was a choice between having Transformers there, or more of something we already had in another park, it should be Transformers. So at 1st, I was against HP in USF.
& than BAM!, we go 1 day & S44 is demolished, & was like WTF?!!!! So I started searching & started seeing the rumors that it will be Transformers, so again, here was hope for me. So now that I know it is Transformers, I am ALL for having Potter as well, I'm definetely looking forward to it, as I can have my cake & eat it to.
So yeah, I'm definetely a Transformers fan boy, & this could also be my very 1st chance at going to a grand opening of ANY ride, all though I did ride DM during technical rehearsals, so I dont know if that counts.
