There’s almost no way we don’t get a Creature AA. It’s maybe the easiest one to pull off of any Monster, and like, c’mon lol

Everyone’s forgetting that Creature is also rumored to appear in the kuka attraction, so we might get an animatronic of him opening day.

A question came to mind and I don't think it's been discussed. Where is the Steven Spielberg stuff in Epic? I'm quite sure he has been promised something right? Maybe he does the creature attraction?

Maybe he has a hand in the hub rides, if he is doing anything with this park.

Does he still act as a creative consultant for attractions based on properties he didn’t work on? Not sure how deep his involvement with the parks goes.

If Spielberg has any involvement at all, I would expect it's at a "Come look at our design concepts and tell us what you think" level.

I don't believe he's been significantly involved on an attraction since Spider-Man. He had input on Transformers, but that was an extension of Spidey. I'm sure he consulted on the Jurassic World overlay in Hollywood, but again... he already had significant say on that attraction's first iteration.

He had at least some involvement in Velocicoaster too correct? I could’ve sworn there was an article that claimed this.

He usually has one meeting for new things. In this case, I have to imagine it would be for the entire park. He comes in, looks at stuff. Says what he likes. Offers a single suggestion that blows everyone's mind and improves the project in some measurable way. And moves on to his next meeting.

Honestly, it's a good gig if you can get it!

I know it’s minimal compared to his involvement with opening day USF and some other attractions, but it’s still super cool that he’s involved with the project at all.

Depends on what "involvement" means, I guess! I'm sure he was briefed on it and gave feedback, being a JURASSIC project.

Interesting maybe the expansion pad between Potter and the hub coaster is all his lol. He does have an attraction to himself in their newest park. So who knows.

I want a great movie ride starting Spielberg’s film, or him narrating at the very least. I really wish somewhere on USF would bring back an attraction like that.

FWIW, the last piece I can find about his contract with Universal says it was to run through 2017. that doesn't mean he's not still involved in the same capacity, but if he is ... it has not been reported on the same way it was a decade ago.

From the news thread....

Universal's Epic Universe General News & Discussion

You'd be surprised how many normies still don't know about SNW and Epic Repetition is key Which is why I think a preview center next year or so is something that should 100% be somewhere on property whether in USF or CityWalk. When people are already at your resort, that’s the best time to...

First, the carousel. It's a carousel.

Starfall confirms the coaster name. Not sure which one the oak and star is, maybe the bar?

Cure of the Werewolf is the coaster name, so I'll spill some stuff I've heard - the actual focus of the ride is on another group and the werewolf is more ancillary. Take that for what it is.

And lol they actually did it those fools did it - Dark Universe. Chef kiss dot gif

Association aside, Dark Universe is an awesome name for a land.

So the wolfman is ancillary? More focused on monster hunters perhaps? Van Helsing?

Just pointing people in a direction and putting my speculation on the coaster might not be based on the Werewolf in context.

The townspeople think it's the werewolf but it turns out to be Dracula's wives. The shed scene is your encounter with one of them.

Cannot wait for Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp, Havier Bardem, Sofia Boutella, and Russel Crowe to be apart of the DARK UNIVERSE land!

Dark Universe in Universal Epic Universe. That's really clunky. Why would they want to be associated with a filmmaking initiative that crashed and burned?

Also not a fan of that Monsters coaster name for a variety of reasons, not just because the Wolf Man should be distinct from "werewolf," but particularly because it confirms that whatever the storyline is will be, essentially, nonsensical.
