You don't think 3 Park (Park to Park) multi-day passes will include the ability to go to VB every day ? I would think it would allow for all days and not just one day. Maybe I misinterpreted ? Or do we already have confirmation that's the case ? Sorry for the wall of questions here lol

If you get a 3-Park ticket, it will allow you to visit Volcano Bay as much as you want for the length of the ticket, no different than the other two parks.

No confirmation on any of it and no I don't think it will allow that. 3 day park-to-park for US & IOA, 1 day for VB. Doing a rough estimate of the numbers, the safe thing for them to do is estimate the maximums. The number of hotel rooms onsite x 4 guests each comes out to 20,800 potential attendees per day. That's not counting suites, and of course not everyone staying onsite will be going to Volcano Bay, but everyone onsite with a multiday ticket will likely be guaranteed admission.

Blizzard Beach, the largest of the two water parks, has a max capacity of ~6,000 if I recall. So yeah...all it would need is ~1/4 of Universal's maximum onsite guests with multiday tickets to attend to shut it down if it's attendance falls in line with other parks in the area. You also have to remember that capacity isn't just limited by physical space, but also capable lifeguard staff. Water parks aren't like normal parks - you're watched every 30 feet by a lifeguard. Even Cabana Bay's lazy river has 6 on staff.

When you purchase tickets online it says "Visit all listed parks any time, each day" for 3-Park Park-to-Park tickets.

I think they claimed 15k or so when they opened, tho I always had my doubts.

[Found it, was 16k ... Seaworld Unveils Aquatica - tribunedigital-orlandosentinel I still have my doubts.]

Ironically parking proved to be a bigger issue that opening Summer--used to have to run a tram to SW. Also wreaked havoc on I-Drive and even 528. And that was back when bloggers ignored Sea World.

If @testtrack321 is right--and I've no cause to doubt him--I'm curious if we get an "after 5" pass after a month or so. I just don't see evening hours working with traditional guests, but if it becomes locals only option, might be a bigger evening crowd.

VB has more rides, 2 lazy rivers, and perhaps more restaurant/ shop capacity also than the other Orlando area water parks.

First I have seen of the volcano from this angle. Doesn't it appear a large chunk of rock might collapse onto the slides below.

I wonder if the hole in the mountain does anything special on a certain day?

Exactly. They really don't want single day people. They need the lines down due to Tapu Tapu. How do you do that? Price out day guests. It's not greedy, it's smart.

Well I hope this is what they are aiming for and have it planned out in worse case scenario, because $126? I'm sorry but you can kiss my, if I was looking to go to volcano bay 1 day

The $126 was pulled back almost at once. We don't know one day pricing

I think there was just a lot of confusion and they made a statement confirming the information wasn't correct.

Universal didn't release it themselves anyways. It was on over seas touring sites from my understanding.

I think since the park is going to stay open late, this will be a great way to really stretch this into an all day experience. Get dinner and let the kids get some last minute splashes in the wave pool before the show. Has it actually been confirmed that there's going to be a table service restaurant, however?

I believe that it has been confirmed. I definitely see the thought process behind it, I'm just curious about the numbers that it will bring in.
