I see what your saying, they're putting like that stone molding (idk how to call it) close to the ground. Wouldn't that be covered by water?

And in Doc Browns pics, you can see the pipes for the electrical wiring to light the victorian lamp posts.

Its 100% potter for sure then. Uni should just say it already.

Come on now. It was 100% in December (LinkedIn connections to phase 1). 200% in late February (water district leak of plans) and 1 Trillion% on June 1 when the Hogwarts Express permits we're filed. We're now at a zillion percent.

I suspect Kings Cross will be looming over the construction walls before we get an announcement.

I should run a shop that sells only caskets, what with all the dying around here. But yeah, that looks great!

BTW, was wrong about it being concrete on lathe yesterday. Everything flat is screwed-on hard-coated foam panels of some sort. The cornices are also hard-coated foam. Look closely at the zoom pic... see the evenly spaced screw holes everywhere?

(sorry to those of you that hate themed construction talk)

These are more than likely rigid foam panels coated in a polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced Portland cement based rigid coating (ie: Styrocrete). Foam may have been sealed and had a bonding agent applied before application. It's also possible foam was fiber-glassed before application for added strength.

Okay, now I'm confused. There have been inspections for Gringrotts and yet all I see is dirt.

I meant from the park. I thought for sure we'd see some foundation work as there have been rebar inspections.
