There was also the Kid's Zone refurb rumor as well. Would that be post potter 2.0? Barney and Fievel are very dated.

That'd come after Potter, for sure.

Suess would be starting soon after HHN. Look for service roads to be impacted after all the HHN fences and queue set ups come down.

That makes sense. Hope it is true and is coming. IoA could really use another family ride.

WHY!?!?!?!? :saw:

Why, Uni, why? Mt. Crumpet would be PERFECT for Seuss Landing.

My thoughts exactly. Is the Lorax really popular?

The new movie wasn't even that good, IMHO. And since I've heard that a Grinch movie as well as CITH movie in the same style of animation are in the pipeline, I can't fathom that execs are simply greenlighting this if there only justifiable reason is income from the Lorax movie.

I don't know how the Lorax is any less perfect than Grinch. They're both classic Seuss stories. And as much as Mt. Crumpit would be cool, Seuss and IoA need another non-restrictive ride.

It's the 3rd highest selling DVD of the year behind the Hunger Games and Twilight.

The Lorax was successful, but that doesn't make up the fact that he still a lesser known Seuss character than the Grinch, who is arguably the SECOND most popular after the Cat.

But the whole point is moot. It's still a classic Seuss character going into Seuss Landing. Who cares which one it is?

Before we go any further though let's move the Suess talk over to the appropriate thread.

whatever they put in Seuess land, I hope its not another Kiddie coaster...I want a fully fleshed out dark ride. Something to make Disney fans envious.

Go read a Disney board with all of this DLR and Universal expansion, most of them are pretty envious.

So went to Universal HR for an interview today...Potter construction literally backs right up to the apartments and HR Parking lot. Made me realize just how huge this is gonna be!

AmusementPics posted some construction pics of Gringotts. It appears that the "front" of the show building is being built with uneven roof sections.
