My guess is the Amity Lobster Co. sign will be replaced with something San Fransisco related. There is no logical reason to have one new england referance between S.F. and London.

The Amity sign is a nice little easter egg. What matters is how that side of the building will be visible/incorporated into the new sightlines of phase 2, considering that's near the spot the giant train station is going.

Tall facades, taller secondary facades, and perhaps a multi-level backdrop (almost like in Streets of New York).

Also, foliage along the eastern end to block sight lines from the FFL stage.

Could it be Potter, Transformers, or Simpsons?* Spin the Wheel...

Sounds about right, we've been speculating that they would make an announcement after HHN. Probably Transformers and Springfield opening for next year if I had to guess, I don't think they want to play their potter expansion hand just yet.

I dont think they officially announced anything yet for Orlando and Potter 2.0.
