you know, i was always wondering what Gringott's Coaster actually looked like (im not that much of a harry potter fanatic as you can probably tell) but it looks like it has the possibility of becoming a very good attraction!

It looks basically the same design as the one in the first film, except this one goes deeper and farther into the bank so you see more twists and turns.

Basing off that trailer...if Universal were to actually create an attraction based on Gringotts, I'd see it more as a simulator rather than an actual indoor coaster, just basing off the realism of it actually happening.

While that looks awesome, I'd still rather see it anywhere but part of WW Phase 2.

They're currently serving ice cream out of a cart in Hogsmeade. A test for Florean Fortescues?

It's a perfect fit and some great scenery in those caves.

Well, they always served Strawberry-Peanut Butter Ice Cream, and selling that and other ice cream from a cart would just be the obvious thing to do.

I would love to see another coaster in the WWOHP. As long as it is themed as well as the rest of the land, of course.

So? A Gringotts, or any, coaster in HP would make four for just one island, and six for the whole park. I think not.

So?

If it's highly themed I'm all for it.

Yeah, you will be, but what about all the kids under the height limit?

Absolutely. IOA already has a reputation for being more of a thrill park anyways. What do they have to lose by adding one more coaster?

Anyway they should concentrate on giving DC a good theme before they think about any additions.

Potential guests.

Families are not going to want to visit the Wizarding World if they hear there are mostly rides that their kids can't ride.

Who says the coaster can't accommodate to them? 36 inches would be ideal to most children.

Right. Is Disney losing potential customers because they're building a coaster in New Fantasyland?

I doubt it.

I respectfully disagree. New rides attract more guests, not fewer. Especially roller coasters and other large-scale thrill rides. For those families that might complain about the fact that their children are not tall enough to fully enjoy this type of attraction, keep in mind that there is still quite a bit for them to enjoy in the island, as well as in the park. Also, you have to consider that an indoor coaster could be built in such a way to allow for a shorter height requirement. Look at Space Mountain and the Mummy, which have height requirements of 44" and 48" respectively compared to the Hulk and Dragon Challenge that require 54".

Last, if and when this expansion does occur, I could see them adding some type of E-ticket (like the Gringott's coaster) as well as something more kid-friendly. There is no rule that says that Universal would only be allowed to build one attraction.
