Can we make a list of IP's that they would obtain if they were to buy, or joint buy, Time Warner

None. Time Warner Cable has been it's own company since 2009, it's no longer owned by Time Warner.

Yes, I just wanted to add for clarification that every IP that Time Warner Cable has used was licensed from the owner. They do not own any of them.

This is a possible buy-out or merger of a cable company. Much like how these companies got so big in the first place, buying up all the smaller regional and city cable companies.

It's pretty much guaranteed that if they buy them it gets merged with Xfinity. Looking at the subscribers to Xfinity and TWC nationwide, Xfinity currently has 22 million subscribers and TWC 12.2 million. Charter is also looking to buy TWC, but I'm not sure if they could pull it off since they're only in 29 states with only 6 million subscribers.

I've said it before, but there's no use for Despicable Me (or any IP) in two areas of the same park.

Love the Minions, but agree it doesn't make sense to have two separate DM areas. Agree too that an all-ages attraction makes more sense than another kid-zone. With Warcraft the movie due in 2016...a tap-in to another large, devoted fanbase?

Honestly WoW would probably be better as a LC replacement than KidZone replacement. Warcraft isn't all-ages. Honestly, I like the Tokyo idea best and it helps keep the real-world with fantastical elements aspect of USF going. Still, a rainforest/woodland area would be the best move so that it serves as a Fantasyland for all ages.

Hello Kitty and Pokemon would obviously be the link between Japan and KidZone (all-ages area)

Animal Actors and KidZone Pizza should receive work first since they're out in front of KidZone and make up a noticeable dead zone since IFFF was turned into Springfield USA

I still want KidZone Pizza turned into the Krusty Krab  I mean, it would be so easy to turn that outdoor eating area into an indoor restaurant..

Lets keep it to one area at a time. First off at USO to keep it city themed, tokyo would be a greta replacement but for the current location where MIB resides. if it comes to having another fictional kids area for kidzone, maybe they go ahead with super silly fun whatever form Despicable me or far far away and remove the current location of the ride for a new one, preferably shrek. If you havent seen what they did in singapore, i Highly suggest you check it out. incredible.

From earlier discussions, we heard about flanimals being a possibility, but I dont see it happening for many reasons. after really reading up what is going on with the parks and now hearing that kong is expected to open in 2016, instead of what we all hoped would be an IOA trifecta for JP, Kong and Suess, I expect Kidzone to be refurbished past 2017, so we cant really have any idea of what will happen in 3 years. steve burke said that he wants a new ride to open each year from here on out for the orlando parks. that means we will see
DA in 2014
JP in 2015
Kong in 2016
Kidzone or suess in 2017.

Hopefully what he means is in each park and not in each resort, if that is the case, Orlando will be lucky enough to see 2 new rides a year, which i believe will be better for the parks. Major upgrades and refurbs for most rides in 2014, then we see whether or not Kidzone is upgraded while JP and Kong additions are being built

maybe a store for pokemon and hello kitty. REMEMBER. as TD and HTF have said before, we will see a transition from "kid" rides, to family rides

You do realize how many teenagers love Pokemon right? It's like the Star Wars of video games... 5 year olds and 25 year olds both find something to love. And Hello Kitty is HUGE with teenage girls. So both are technically family properties

For the record, Godzilla and Fast and Furious aren't family-friendly. PG is what I consider family, PG-13 is thrill rides usually

No replacing MIB - that should join with Fear Factor into a Syfy City (maybe Doctor Who to bridge the gap between London and sci-fi?)

The MIB/Springfield expansion plot is enough room for a 3 ride Tokyo land

I've been saying this since Spongebob Storepants opened! My only concern is Krusty Krab and Krustyburger names are too similar.

Men in Black, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Spider-Man, Transformers, The Simpsons, X-Men, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Star Wars would like to have a word with you...

Not to mention the Fantastic Four, Dudley Do-Right, Woody Woodpecker, and Dinosaur, PG/G-rated IPs with intense ride counterparts.

A good family ride does not have to be based off of a dime-a-dozen CGI kid's movie to be successful.

Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Spider-Man each started as PG properties so they don't count as non-family IMO

Nuthouse Coaster is 36" so that doesn't count as "intense" while POTC started as a PG family ride (movies came 35 years later)

I will give you MIB, Dudley Do-Right, Transformers, X-Men and the Simpsons though.. but Godzilla (might be too freaky since it's a giant lizard) and Fast and Furious (the gang pulls off heists/drugs and sex are involved) are not what I'd call family-friendly. The others you listed all have fantastical/light-hearted elements that make them accessible to kids

The first Spider-Man movie in 2001 and all of its sequels have been PG-13. While Nuthouse Coaster may have a low requirement, it's still a roller coaster at the end of the day. As to Pirates, you can't rate a ride; the movie drew elements from the ride and was given a PG-13 rating; heck, a major scene in the ride involves prostitution! The point is, you can do a ride for families without being strictly "kid-friendly".
