That menu could be insane, I also wouldn't mind if they put a chum bucket across the street

Not so sure Mr. Krabs is a cannibal...the Krabby Patty is definitely a cheeseburger..The only issue I see is that it is so close to Krusty Burger...but that can be easily fixed

How can it be easily fixed?

Also people don't seem to understand the other point I was trying to make. If people do not know what the Krusty Krab is, and they do not know who Mr. Krabs is... how would they know it is not a seafood joint?

You really gotta dig deep to find someone who hasn't seen or heard of a Krabby patty, even if you can just put signs all around saying to try a Krabby patty. No doubt it would be heavily advertised

I just don't see them putting in a Krusty Krab featuring a Krusty Krab Burger, literally, a baseball's throw from Krustyburger and it's Krusty Burger.

What about make it a "Weird Pizza"?

Move it down further into Kid Zone and extend the store to fill Pizza Zone

Well every resturant in the resort has burgers. Having 2 themed burger joints next to each other with little difference isn't that big of a deal. Especially If they add a secret sauce like in the show that'll make the burger different from the melted cheese krusty burger. But yeah I agree krusty krab and krusty burger are too similar name wise

It's common sense. They definitely wouldn;t think about that because it's so unimportant. Look at all the simpsons's food places. They can easily made huge money off bikini bottom. Better than more wizard crap.

Jesus man good eye :fist: yeah I wouldn't either but it's just such a obvious replacement that's already used in the parks a ton, he's even on the damn plastic bags and he doesn't have anything but a store and parade float. Ugh this kidzone speculation will be the death of us all

Although I think Spongebob is fantastic franchise I see why Universal wouldn't want to go with him...they've had some rocky history with Nick

It's weird because everybody says they have a rocky history with nick and dreamworks yet nobody has a official story, you never know. They still use nick and dreamworks in the park so it might not be THAT bad

That's because they have contracts to use them. Might as well.

I'd just be surprised if they went with Sponge Bob. It's a popular show, but it's still been on for 10 seasons. and shows rarely last much longer than that. We'll see though.

Simpsons is certainly the odd one out when compared to other TV properties...I still think Sponge has been stapled into pop culture enough to have staying power..and a rumored new film is coming out possibly..so we'll see..if anything it could come to the new water park

It's not rumored. The movie hits theaters in February.

I had no clue what it is, it sounds like others on here had no clue it was a burger since they asked. My husband had no clue, I guarantee no one in my family or my husband's family knows since they have NEVER reference Sponge Bob ever. Heck none of my friends have ever talked about the show and I doubt they would know either. Outside of he is a yellow guy that looks like a sponge, I know nothing about him or the show. Neither does anyone I know for that matter. Maybe it is my age group, but I don't think you have to dig very deep before you find people who have no clue. Not to mention the foreign population that comes to the parks.

It is just too confusing of a concept (mentions Krab, but no seafood served) and it is a stones throw away from a place called Krusty Burger. It isn't gonna happen.

You are the first person I've ever heard of that doesn't know spongebob stuff, dead serious XD, he really is a iconic character but I understand why you haven't seen it. I know many people who haven't watched the Simpsons ever and when they go to that area they don't get any references. Spongebob is really a show you had to be around when it came out or have had kids who watched it (basically 10 years ago time frame) it's really become a phenomenon around the world

Kidzone Pizza won't become the Krusty Krab. Might as well stop dreaming of that one guys.

As for the Kidzone redo...pretty much all our insiders agree that it isn't going to be a childish property taking over the plot of land. I think we all need to think outside that bubble.
