I would check it out once and then never return. Just like Twister.

Well I've visited Twister on more than one occasion. So I'm not going to pretend like it's terrible. It is however dated.

I really don't think Doctor Doom is going anywhere... unless they were willing to sacrifice the backstage/storage areas behind it, there just isn't room for another robust attraction there.

Then again, crazier things have happened...

That was my first thought too, but a few members told me that those storage areas aren't anything important.

Frankly, if they're going to expand Marvel I'd rather they tear down the Toon Lagoon amphitheater and build something there. Islands needs to be adding attractions, not replacing.

Valid point...but perhaps TL theater is going to be used for a different project...We all know TL is on its way out anywho, and if a mystery property takes that place the theater is the only area for an e-ticket...unless the demo Dudley and put something there

Lol what space could doctor doom possibly have of that value? I don't think its going anywhere, the doom towers are already one of the resorts biggest icons. TL theater for sure

Don't write of TL Theater so quickly. It may be a seldom used area, it holds some value as it's essentially IOA's only theater. If you're quick to think "But what about Sindbad's stage?"... It isn't exactly going to make an easy transformation for a stage with all the themeing and props in the way.

Yea, the TL theater technically probably needs to stay. The big problem is the area around it is unfathomably ugly, and it needs a show in it.

I hope they keep it Potter, not spin-offs, but we will see. Also, that movie is a couple years away.

So will phase 3 lol, you never know. Everybody thought Jurassic world would be dumb and never translate over the original JP and as we are getting closer and closer to the release of JW that's becoming more likely

Not to play devil's advocate, but is it? I mean yes people are excited about JW, but many are equally as skeptical. My point is, I don't think Universal would ever start planning an attraction prior to a release again. Look at Waterworld. Sure it's a great show, but I'd be hard pressed to know anyone who would be drawn to the park for that IP, even back in '96. I guess my point is, Beasts would need to come, make a killing at the box office and then Creative would make moves. By then, you're talking 2018 if not 2019 before it opens depending on the scale. I feel like by then Universal will begin focusing on other IP's. My personal opinion though.
