I will throw my 2 cents in here. The queue is great but not at the theming level of GG and FJ. The ride theming, story telling and coaster thrill level is over the top and the best I can think of any where in the world (for a coaster).
Universal hit this one out of the park.

I was 3 hours but that was weather/tech delays. Today seems to be pretty smooth so could be pretty good

Just watched the preshow. I enjoyed it but I’m a sucker for a good preshow. Got in line almost 2 hours ago for those of you wondering.

TMs regularly scan and check. There's also a test seat right before load. I imagine this will be the same.

Also, Hagrid so far is running fantastic today:

Same for me--I think it was about 45 minutes on opening day. Not so much yesterday...but when it's running smoothly, I think 45 is a good estimate.

Just got off. Bought the magnet. Almost 3.5 hours later and wow. What a blast. I literally screamed my head off for 3+ minutes. My voice will be gone tomorrow.
