Cracking Open Universal Orlando's Crystal Ball Part 3: EPIC New Nighttime Spectacular at Universal Studios Florida - Theme Park University
They seem to indicate that this show may include more than just Universal properties, and will try to blend the parks and the studio more than before.

Why am I feeling that the use of Epic is a clue to the name of the new show?

I assume these shows take a long time to develop. IU is the only site I read and it seems like this rumor was around as a show for IoA a few years back...at least the part about showcasing properties that are at the park.
Not sure if it is known, but they are using “BlackWater Divers” for this project. They are based out of Volusia County, FL.

It will be interesting to see how much that disappears or not with a foot of water over the top.

part of me is hoping they keep it and have a live action character walk on water to great guest and start the show.
