There was nothing Tacky about the original Epcot Center attractions. Now the ones there today are a different story.

No difference decor wise think of the Swan and Dolphin as one large resort with 2 separate buildings. The rooms have a slightly different configuration but that's about it. They share pools and restaurants between both buildings. Have a good time

Actually they are very different, the humidity is almost non existent and it rains much less. I can't speak for Japan though.

I still think they make the announcement around the same time as D23 in August. Let Disney show their cards first and then blow them out of the water. If Uni's plans indeed are to truly change the perception of the Orlando themepark landscape then this would give them the most bang for their buck.
