I totally agree. But I don't think Potter Mania will end that soon. The summer will be just as packed. 

Imagine the PR nightmare they will have to endure when they close the gates on a mob of Potter fans, most who are outside of SoCal. I'd also imagine as a last resort that they will probably have to shut the universal studios off-ramp on the 101 to stop the freeway from getting backed up.

What I would like to see is a Jurassic Park expansion be Hollywood exclusive. We have the room; IOA in Orlando doesn't due the Potter and Kong. That will give people a reason to come to Hollywood.

I would just update the ride by extending the building upwards to include a longer coaster portion including new effect. We need a coaster that is thrilling and long to satify park guests.

I wouldn't be surprised if they do. The park will be caught off guard with the immense crowds. Might build it to disperse crowds.
