Last time I was there about 3 days ago, I was able to get a small peek through the cracks of the walls, and it still looks really torn up inside. I don't know what the hold up is either, but it's still gonna be a while I'd say. That said, the interior of Camacho's and Antojitos are drastically different, so I can imagine they'd need a lot of re-configuring and massive changes to design elements. If I'm not mistaken, isn't the one in Orlando two stories (granted, I've never seen them use the second level)? And the Hollywood one is actually sunken into the ground with a pretty clear and essentially unmovable boundary with that fountain adjacent to it. It'll be interesting to compare the two once it's eventually open.
