Halloween Horror Nights 21: Your Luck Has Run Out

I've just read through this thread and I have to say, it is getting me really excited!

One idea I've always had for XXI was seeing as that's the legal drinking age in the US that there could be something related to alcohol in a house or scarezone; perhaps a haunted brewery? Has anyone got any thoughts on this or is it something that has restrictions on it meaning it can't be done?

It can be done as long as they don't promote that house / scarezone. Other than that, a hanted brewery hasn't been done before. :thumbs:

Uhm never ever heard of a haunted brewery, in Louisville, Ky they do a Haunt called Industrial Nightmare which is a plant that has been taken over by evil forces..Similar idea just not a brewery.

Tickets went on sale on June 14th last year so it shouldn't be too much longer.

Why they will be listed at full price for the first two months, and do they ever sell out?

Quality > Quantity. 8 is enough. I don't think Universal will put a 9th house in their. They use that space to store the Mardi Gras floats. So, I don't buy it.

No I think as of right now the event is doing well with 8 houses. If anything I think we will see the addition of an extra scarezone or two versus last years line up.

I'm not sure I believe the 9th house rumor quite yet. While reading around about it, I did come across a comment stating that the 9th house could work as an extreme house. :shrug: I wouldn't immediately shut down the rumor but I'm not too sure yet.

I figured it would help to repost this info with the dates getting closer. Good summary from HHN's FB:

Since there have been so many inquiries about HHN website updates, let me give you the dates from last year with the understanding that due to Harry Potter these were actually later than usual. This year these should happen a bit earlier. First generic site update: June 14. First teaser update July 8. Additional updates on July 22 and 30, and on August 5, 13 and 18. Legendary Truth began on August 2. Full site updated on August 25

Speaking of the Legendary Truth, does anyone think they'll return this year?

Nah, if they want to be all new this year and leave previous themes alone for a while, I don't expect them to be around this year.

Do they ever sell out? I don't know. I would imagine they sell out closer to Halloween and even on Halloween. I will be there in the beginning of October so I doubt they will sell out.

Very few dates completely sell out, but its always best to buy early especially for express.

Sorry I don't think dates ever sell out anymore. Back in the 90's and even the first year HHN was at IOA they had sell out on weekends. But no one can tell me that any night is busier then the 2 hell nights and they don't call those night sell outs. I normally get my tickets a couple weeks out but I go early in the run.
Also why a 9th House they could drop to 7 and make one the whole Building that I would love to see.
