The HHN FB has posted another blurb about a house, from 2010. Psychoscarepy: Echoes of Shadybrook.

I believe there was a gargoyle in that haunt. Hmmmm....

:doh: No not the fact their was gargoyle actor in the haunt. The fact that Universal marks their best / scariest house house of the year with a pair of gargoyles at the front of the house. Dracula had the pair on each side of the enterance in the corners. Both were kinda knocked down but they where the gargoyles.

Okay...this is a weird stretch, but the majority of those houses have children in them or places children would go...save for Dracula. So that's probably a terrible thought haha

I actually think all the houses had this statue in it. The only ones I'm not sure on are Freddy and Dead Exposure, but 100% on Screamhouse (Obviously), Dracula, and Psychoscarapy.

Its interesting that they posted both 2009 and 2010 today, I don't see why they would do that if they didn't have anything planned for tomorrow. Looking at the history for 2009 the second update showing the Universal Palace Theatre was posted exactly 21 days after the first teaser and tomarrow will be 21 days since the last site update this year.

Well 2009's picture was posted yesterday. 2010 was today.

I actually think all the houses had this statue in it. The only ones I'm not sure on are Freddy and Dead Exposure, but 100% on Screamhouse (Obviously), Dracula, and Psychoscarapy.

Hmmm, its very difficult to remember Dead Exposure due to the strobe effects. I must of went through that house 15-20 times and I still couldn't tell you half of the rooms I went through. But as far as the statue and Freddy are concerned thats a 100 % negative. That statue was featured at the beginning of Dead Silence in the Graveyard that year Brian.

That statue is in a house every year, I love trying to find it. Last year it was in Legendary Truth in the garden room with the windows and lightning.

Wasn't in Dead Exposure, either. That statue was placed in Body Collectors in 08, I believe in the White Chapel section. I don't think there's some hidden link between these houses - they were just popular houses with stock photos available. Now let's await our likely update tomorrow...

I'm extremely glad that I'll finally have the opportunity to experience a The Thing house after all of the hype from the first one.

So excited for this house, I have always wanted to see what The Thing would be like in a soundstage. Hopefully thats where it's at.
