I bet we see some blue PVC pipes I'm BriMan's pics. I was out there last night to eat at Tchoup Chop and saw the pipes. I am guessing that they are for drainage purposes. They are too big to be plumbing for water features.

You are correct, the pipe shown in the previous pictures is SDR-35, SDR-26 or SDR-23.5. This pipe is usually used in sewer and drain applications.
