An "E" Ticket doesn't mean what I think you think it means. Universal has changed the way people look at these attractions, but a true "E" can be anything from Pirates of the Caribbean, it's a Small World, ET, or Jaws to things like Tower of Terror, RnRC, FJ, Gringotts, etc.
An "E" ticket was never designation to mean thrill ride, which many seem to think it means these days. Thrill doesn't have to have anything to do with it. Sure, with a ride like RNRC, thrill has every bit to do with it. However, with rides like PotC/IASW/Jaws/ET, it's all about SCOPE and how the vast scope of the attraction immerses you into an environment.
