Maybe the ED on RATED could flicker.
NOW we're talking..
Maybe the ED on RATED could flicker.
It is, lots of photos out on Twitter.
Pizza is identical to before and the restaurant has been cleaned up significantly with the arcade removed. However, the decor is minimal at best with a few gag signs here and there. Very, very little Muppet influence or references. It mostly resembles a fairly clean and generic New York pizzeria (that's apparently in Los Angeles?) with a basic wedding-themed room on the corner of the second floor with a disco ball and color-changing lights to simulate a wedding reception. The exterior seems to have gotten the most love.
I think they did wait until the show was cancelled and trimmed the budget signficantly, then went to work. It's an improvement over what was there but still a major letdown for just how much time passed.
I think this might be a case of things will be added as they arrive. That's probably the most disappointing thing about this.
They should've just franchised a Blaze Pizza to run this place. Now THAT would've been 10 months well spent. So glad they kept that hockey puck pizza. For a minute there I thought they were going improve the menu. Whew!
That's actually an excellent idea. Pizza would have been easily worth the price, and you wouldn't have to crap out a small cinderblock an hour later. They should've just franchised a Blaze Pizza to run this place. Now THAT would've been 10 months well spent.

On the first floor, the theming is in the details. There are some cool gags in the language used, some of the ads on the wall, etc. On the second floor, the main room is similar to the first floor but the other rooms are really well themed. There's a banquet hall that is just awesome looking... for The Muppets.Went to eat at PizzeRizzo while at DHS and... the extent of the "theming," of which there isn't much, ends as soon as you walk in the door. The inside is completely basic. It could've been themed to anything. As a Muppets fan, hugely disappointing.

Trying to shed some light on an honestly boring restaurant. If you really look around, you'll find it. For example, Fozzy has an add for a stand-up routine he is doing.Details? Cool gags? Where? Other than the trash cans, the theming inside was ANEMIC. Yes, the banquet hall looks legit... but looks like any banquet hall. Zero Muppets related anything anywhere. Just loosely New York and they didn't even do a decent job of that.
The muppets live in the real world... an NYC Muppet pizza restaurant is what a regular NYC pizza parlor looks like. The parlor in Muppets take Manhattan is what this was modeled after.Went to eat at PizzeRizzo while at DHS and... the extent of the "theming," of which there isn't much, ends as soon as you walk in the door.
