I'm betting Universal gets this bad boy up before Disney gets theirs up
That's pretty much 100%. Universal wants this done by the summer for when they have new TM's on board from Potter. Disney announced via their bloag that the West Side garage won't even be finished until Spring 2015.

Come on that's not fair Disney's garage will have a story so it must require 37 imagineers, 107 members of management, and two teams of 5 guys to do the actual labor. Gotta make sure our payroll sheets don't lean a certain way. This grand story garage with themed bathrooms, immersive parking attendant meet and greets, and separate parking areas you can reserve 6 months in advance through mymagic is a slap to Comcasts ego. It's gonna be groundbreaking, as it should for a Eticket garage. You just can't beat the mouse...:pluto:

And you're not even joking. (actual plans approved by Meg)

Yeah. Logistically, that won't even be big enough to guarantee a spot to everyone who wants one.
There's definitely a surplus of space now. I wanna know what the plan is for that.

They're putting three additional levels on top of this area of the parking lot. How will it not be enough?

And how do you figure there is a surplus of space?

Dont question us Mr. "Capacity".... Area and logistics reaching there maximum might be your specialty but don't you dare teach us how live our lives

Has anybody been paying attention as to how fast universal is putting up this parking garage. They just started work on it in December and its almost a third of the way done. Where as Downtown Disney has been working on theirs since Summer and it still doesn't even have a second floor started yet.

You should know better than to be surprised. :)
