Yup. Gluten-Free pancakes, breakfast tostada, bagel, donut, toast, english muffin all on the menu.

It just occurred to me, I am shocked that this resort did not open with a Starbucks. They would make a killing off of the convention guests, especially considering there is not a Starbucks at the Royal Pacific, either.

Plant musing 453C: I was shocked to see that Universal landscaping allowed King Sagos to be planted. They are susceptible to a bug called Asian Scale. It's pretty much impossible to get rid of. Uni has Asian Scale elsewhere on property. The scale looks like white snow all over the fronds.

I had to call for my luggage 3x before they brought it. Finally got it at 1am. Whatever. Had an awesome dinner at Strong Water Tavern. Some pics from it and today:

Excellent review. My GF and I watched it to get ideas on ordering. The small plates are perfect for us since we don't like to overeat & be uncomfortable on vacation.

Cuba Libre. Mmmmm.....old school for Rum and Coke done right with a squashed lime wedge.

They could've won, if they would've put something more unique. The walls are still bare even with the poster looking "art". The falls and landscaping are beautiful but the interiors are bland.
