I actually really like the poster. I don't see why it's such a big deal if it's such a small detail. It's not even on the ride marque. I think the awesomeness of the poster itself outweighs the tiny bother.

Me too and I think the adventures continue feels very Star Warsy.

Does anyone know if the mist guns still work on the robot thing (sorry, i haven't even seen all the movies yet) and if the queue will be new?

Oh I agree. Definitely an awesome poster. I just hate "The Adventures Continue" with a passion.

I agree about disliking the tagline if it was an official title on the attraction, but in this case on the poster I actually feels it works. Its a tagline as if it is your adventure in the Star Wars Universe. As long as it does not stick around on entrance signs, maps and directional stuff.


I have been hearing about a very fun baggage check on the ride. I hope that is true.

That is a seriously cool article. Makes me all the more excited for the official opening. I have a free 2 day pass to Disney so I'm gonna try to head up there on opening day (I know, that's suicide...but it'd be worth it...am expecting CRAZY long queues). Either way, GREAT FIND TSSD!!!

I mean, no one is actually going to call it by its full name. Everyone will just say Star Tours. The only reason they have that there is to make as many people as they can aware of it being a new attraction.

We reported earlier that one of our sources confirmed that George Lucas plans on attending the Star Tours 2 opening in Disney's Hollywood Studios. We've now received a separate source for this, as well as word that Hayden Christiansen, star of Episodes II and III, plans on attending the opening event as well. No word about their availability during Star Wars Weekend for autographs or meets.

Total luck but as it works out we planned a little 4 day vacation and day 1 is at Hollywood Studios for Star Wars weekends since we've never been during that time. Nice coincidence that it also is grand opening day for the ride!
