The Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster

I think Universal will refurb the Hulk:

The giant EPCOT sign over the sphere was removed AT NIGHT! EVERY BIT OF IT AT NIGHT. These mega theme parks come to life at night after closing like you wouldn't believe. There are some things you cannot shut down or work on during the day for either safety reasons, or because it is an icon of the park itself. So, they could and would and CAN replace a section of the hulk in one evening. It is MINOR compared to erecting and taking down the super structure that hung over spaceship earth.

Defending my knowledge of events... not ONE of those images showed them lifting the heavy stuff off from that overhang. It was done at night. I know because I followed the live video at 4 am just as they were closing down on multiple occasions. Did you? The crane in the daytime was rare and only there holding stuff in place until night time. Were a few stars and parts of the wand removed during the day... perhaps... but the big structure came down over night after night after night after night. Most of the days I visited during the deconstruction, the crane was down. When it was up, it was still and just securing stuff. It was as popular a thread on another forum as this WW has been. And that was the case. Challenge me when I state that I am guessing... please do not when I was there and I know.

They will not close it this summer, maybe in fall.


Can someone who has photo shop make Hulk all orange so we can see what it would look like? I recall someone having the idea to rename the coaster "The Thing".
