I skipped most of the last couple pages, but I have seen a trend on other threads where if anyone complains about 3D or screens the answer is well, you are going to hate what Disney is doing. I don't understand that response. For all you know the person could hate Disney too. For some reason if someone dislikes screens it is like they HAVE to be a pixie lover. For me it is all about balance when it comes to 3D. Not screens so much, but simulators and 3D. So I have zero issues with Kong, because there are only 2 other rides with 3D or simulator type feelings. So adding a 3rd is no biggie. I do have an issue with Fallon and F&F because that park is very 3D and sim heavy. When those open there will be 5 3D rides, 1 sim that doesn't have 3D, and 2 3D theater shows. This to me is way too 3D/sim heavy. So in order to bring the park back they need to get rid of the more sucky ones (Simpsons & Shrek) and replace with non-3D/sim rides. But that really isn't in the plans. They are going to build Nintendo which will replace 2 non-3D shows and 1 or 2 non-3D/sim rides. They need to start reducing the number of 3D/sim rides in that park.
DHS is the next heavy park with 2 3D rides and 1 3D show. If DHS starts to get out of balance too, I will have the same complaint with it. In fact I already said the one day I rode star tours and toy story too many times and started to get 3D fatigue. I don't care which company it is, when it gets out of balance I am going to call them out on it.
