Can we all agree that kidzone should be replaced by the 45 minute creature of the black lagoon the musical 4D 360 the ride 3D featuring batman, Mickey Mouse and bill Paxton?

I see disney paying more than what they paid for Marvel at this rate. They can make insane cash with a Marvel theme park or lands in their current parks. The Hero vs villain concept would be insane if they utilize marvel, disney movies and star wars. But anyways, disney would have to pay for the equivalent of 4-5 expansions IMO for UC to drop marvel. DC isnt marvel tho, especially since their movies have been lacking.

I'm going to have to disagree. In order to make money Disney would need to do something with the property. They already have star wars, Indy, avatar, and countless other properties. I agree but maybe the demand for marvel is too high for Disney to ignore. Although, it really f***in socks that they ate making an iron man ride with the star tours tech. Innovation is lacking imo. We need those trackless system rides, I was in awe when I rode mystic manner, and ratatouille looks insane

^^^ Because it is expensive and as Sea World proved you need the right concept. Not every IP or concept would work with a trackless system and be worth the money for a trackless system. Most rides begin with a story, concept, IP, etc. They should never start with a technology because then you just head down a road of disaster (i.e. Sea World).

A little bird told me Universal Creative has a new theme for Kidszone. It's going to become a princesses hug-o-rama.
Research showed girls and confused boys (and horny dads) don't give a flying hoot who the princess represent as long as "it" is wearing a bad wig, a dress with glitters preferably showing enough cleavage and overacts like an idiot. All age ranges, from dipper filled toddles to dipper filled seniors can and will enjoy the hug-o-rama. Next to it will be an ugly kids makeover where your child can be transformed with the help of a non fire proof synthetic dress made by children in Korea and lots of make up to transform her in a slu-eh princess for less then the cost of 3 time the entrance fee of the park.
The hug-o-rama will be in a building with a front that is partially covered with fake rockwork and a waterfall and partially an entrance door with a huge (light up at night) tiara (just like real life princesses all over the world have according the accountancy office at Comcast). The rest of the area will be a highly themed restroom with 6 dipper changing stations (bookable 365 days in advance) and the rest of this huge area will be a stroller parking lot.

^^^ These kinds of posts offer nothing to these discussions. This one isn't even funny, at least some Disney bashing is funny, but I saw no humor in this one. How about we rise above the pixy dusters and not act like them. This is a post I would find over within them about Uni.

I mean yes, most of us could care less about the Princess meet n greets or the Princess makeover thing in the castle. But seriously, that type of experience if a child is lucky enough to do it, makes their year! It is something they will talk about for a very long time. There is no reason to make fun of something that fulfills many kids dreams and allows them to have an amazing vacation.

I thought it was hilarious! This is a fun forum and we are all theme park fans! We can joke around! There's no harm at all. It's good to lighten up every once in a while. And since no one has any clue what the actual plans are for a Kidzone revamp what else would we do on this thread?
