I think DreamWorks would replace Jurassic World, and Zelda would go in IOA. Also, the Harry Potter coaster would be mostly outdoors, and MoM would go in USF.

Honestly, this is what I believe from it:

• Attractions of The Legend of Zelda, Mario Kart, Yoshi, Donkey Kong Country are in development (But that Zelda will be elsewhere), with the Kidzone plans of SNW being moved to headline a portion of Gate III
• Jurassic Park at Islands will undergo changes to have a reconfigured River Adventure and a new family thrill coaster up by Jurassic World 3 in 2021
• Ministry of Magic is in some form of Development
• Discussions are still ongoing with Universal Creative, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and the Tolkien Estate still with the subject of Theme Park Rights with The Lord of The Rings

A lot of it we know, and already have known for a while, and that I think there is issues with more of how the writer just wrote the article to begin with.

The work encompasses 245 acres of the Serenoa Village Mass Grading plan and the Pavilion at Sand Lake Road plan, which is 101 acres of additional land Universal bought last year.

Y'all, pretty sure it's just a post about what was posted over the weekend. New land wasn't purchased by Uni, this is just land added to the development/permits. Uni already owned the land, they just put the permits up to develop it

All good, didn't mean to come off snarky. Just confirmed what I figured that Rich's article is about the permits from this weekend, not a new land acquisition by Uni

The 100 acres is what they bought on Sand Lake a while back and have submitted plans for the warehouses and back of house stuff for. The water plans are just combining that property with the larger property for the purposes of stormwater.

If Pokemon, SNW, Zelda, DreamWorks, and LOTR somehow end up in the same park, it would be a miracle. And you still have Fantastic Beasts, Star Trek, Uni Monsters, Uni Classic, various sci-fi IP's (Pacific Rim, Godzilla, maybe RPO), original land concepts, and other Nintendo properties after that.

This park could end up being around 150-200 acres, and I couldn't be happier
