Bridge to connect the resort and the hotels across to prevent people walking across the road. Pretty much for safety.

A lot of hotels across the way. This makes this 1000000% easier to cross the road. Kirkman can be a mess, especially with all the I4 construction going on.

Crossing Kirkman there could have been a Universal attraction using their tried and true "and something terrible goes wrong" standard plot.

Construction has already gone vertical on it so if you pass the Universal entrance at Major Blvd, you’ll see it.

(You have to set up between the sidewalk and the street. City property).
