The land is set in New Berk from the end of HTTYD3. We are visiting during "Dragon Day", a celebration of the day the people of Berk freed their dragons and allowed them to return to the Hidden World so they could be safe. I imagine it as a permanent Renaissance Fair like atmosphere, with food and drink to match.
For the event, Gobber has constructed some rides to give people a sense of what it was like to ride a dragon. One is a
Flying Scooters and the other is a simple spinner. He also built a roller coaster, which would be family friendly, but would feature some launches. Imagine Slinky Dog, but with Dragons. All of these rides will have the appearance of being made out of wood, giving them an interesting aesthetic.
The big E-ticket, would be Journey to the Hidden World. We'd go through the queue, which would wind through the caves of the island of New Berk. Here we'll find that the Vikings have created a shrines to the dragons and their history. Cave paintings, statues, and relics will show off parts of the HTTYD story. Along the way, we'll also notice we're not alone. Toothless's children will pop up along the queue, letting people know that the dragons have returned to the island for some reason. Eventually we'll come to a preshow room where an AA Hiccup is there. He intended to tell us his tale, but instead he is interrupted by the appearance of Toothless. The dragon warns that there is danger in the Hidden World, and he needs Hiccup's help. We're then conscripted as Dragon Riders, and head off to save the Dragons.
