Probably still deciding on what to do. Keep Tapu and add something to do without waiting or remove Tapu and add whatever slide they want.

I am wondering whether they dispose of the ride reservation part of the wristbands and only use it for hotel, purchases and fast pass.

King Julien has been there all summer. If I had to bet on it, i'd say he'll go away once Universal considers summer season over, as the cost to have him there likely won't be worth it anymore.

Yup, they have hula dancers and musicians that rotate throughout the day next to Whakawaiwai Eats. They are reported to be there until Labor Day. And they do invite guests to hula with them.

Yeah, I saw the Hulu dancers on my first visit when they opened but haven't seen them since.

yeah, they apparently have been there since the last time Tim Tracker was at VB. It's a nice little touch, one I hope sticks around a little more; as it adds a bit more to Volcano Bay than Julian.

These are Maori/New Zealand dancers.

Of all the Polynesian islands and their historical cultural dances- for men, New Zealand is my favorite by far. They slap the hell out of themselves, it's mainly screamed chants and they are crazy looking.
Very intimidating.

For women, it's Tahiti because of all the hip shaking, of course.
