I think they'll make it for 2-park tickets only but allow single parkers to pay for a ride and/or upgrade. Since there will be train stations it might be fun to play up the theme and have a few ticket options available.

You can guarantee there will be a place near or in both stations where you can upgrade your single into a park hopper ticket. However I'm curious to see how they end up doing the ticketing for different ticket holders.

On a side note as a train nerd myself, I'd think some intricate, larger (say boarding pass sized) tickets would be a cool souvenir. Recording your visit; date, time, pic all looking like a big train ticket.

Interesting idea. What if they made it similar to how Alone is at BGT where you pay a separate fee to get in but in this case just an additional charge for just those who don't have 2 park passes or AP passes.

Like said before, 3 different lines, leading into the attraction,

line 1. Two Park Pass
line 2. Single Park Pass
line 3. Machine or ticket booth to upgrade to 2 park pass

Once on the train there will be seperate train cars for single or two park pass, once they get to the other station, they either disembark or just stay on for the ride back.

Thinking wayyyyyyyy to far ahead but JK does not own London. So you possibly could see zones by the London waterfront, but not in the land itself.

I know She doesn't own London buy when they 2 parked HHN Dr Suess's widow nixed HHN decoration in Suessland .
They will not do anything to that area without her permission. That I do not thinks she is likely to give. What with the no soda rule because they are bad for the children.

I cannot see then rewarding you with 2 rides for a cheaper ticket. That doesn't make sense .unless they make you wait for the return ride

Ok, but Suess Landing is based on Seuss creations. London is not her creation. 2 totally different scenarios.

I disagree we would not have this area without Harry Potter and I would say that JKR has Creative Control over these area's

The hole in the facade of London is her creation. She has a lot more clout over London and how it looks and how it is used than some of you seem to think. After all, the only reason London will exist is because of Harry Potter.

We're arguing semantics here at this point.

As I've said before, there's no stipulation in the contract that details HHN.

I think we'll see HHN in the area outside of the land. It's London, it's not Potter. I have faith that Rowling is smart enough and relaxed enough to realize this.

There could be some really cool zones out front, a Jack the Ripper zone, or even an American Werewolf in London zone

With a B&B haunt-esque walkthrough being part of the expansion, I wouldn't see the need of adding a second haunted attraction for HHN. And if the actual London area is under her control, then place the haunt in between lands and call it London. Tourists wouldn't know any different. Only the regular park-goers would know that it wasn't part of the actual London land.

Think logical, the 1 - Park ticket will NOT be eliminated!

As I've said before, there will most likely be a new ticket option that is essentially the same thing as a 2 - Park Hopper ticket, rather this will be a Wizarding World commemorative ticket to minimize confusion among guests.

I think it's safe to say Universal will have kiosks in the front of the stations that will allow guests to upgrade their ticket.

This attraction most likely won't be available to 1 - Park ticket holders.

It doesn't make sense to have Kiosks for guests to upgrade their tickets at an attraction VS having or up selling the idea to guests at the main gate. I'm not getting the logic behind having kiosks in front of the actual attraction.:blank:

Id imagine they would try to up sell them at the main gate also but would have it in the back to for those that don't pay attention or didn't get one up front.

If guests decide once they see the attraction to board the train, they could upgrade their ticket at the attraction. Seems logical to me. I would assume they have both options.

But if Universal tells guests (ones who don't figure it out) that Harry Potter is in Both parks, why would guests not go to both parks initially? When harry Potter came to IOA majority of people went to IOA and not UNI. But when people find out the experience will be at both parks, I'm quite sure guests will initially go to both, meaning they will get the two park pass before they even get through the gates.

Only thing I could possibly think is a guests not wanting to experience both potter lands, and decide to change their mind.

I could see a lot more people buying 2 park passes now once Potter takes over parks. If love to see a breakdown of stats on how many single park tickets are typical sold (and when used) versus 2 park, multi and AP tickets but I know that ain't ever happening
