I am excited to see how well the engines wheels turn in sync with the speed. I would think they would use the simplest form of mechanics to make them turn correctly.

It surprised me how easy it was to see Hogwarts Express while in line for the soundstage houses at HHN. It got me very excited!

My guess is that we will see a shark fin carving through the glassy-still waters of a Scottish lake through the windows of the train.

If there are notice boards around Diagon Alley maybe we could see a small advertisement for Captain Jake's Boat Tours?

As of tonight, the train is no longer visible on the track from the soundstage exits. Anyone know if it has been moved to south or north station?

Its been moved behind the Mummy soundstage so people won't take pictures.

If you go to the FAR end of the alley between the arcade and Louie's and go to the right, there's probably about three meters of the back end of the train visible from on stage. Other than that, it's invisible to guests.

I hope some details about the Leaky Cauldron come out soon. I wonder what features it will have that can outdo Be Our Guest. It seems like it will be much larger than 3B which is a good start :)

As it should be - the Leaky Cauldron is supposed to be a pub with rooms for rent, not an enormous fancy restaurant. Don't get me wrong - I'm very excited to see it and I know it's going to be a brilliantly designed place, but it's not supposed to be huge, or on the level of Three Broomsticks.

Good, To big and it wouldn't be The Leaky Cauldron but they could add floors and make the upstairs rooms into dining areas.

Is there any kind of hint you can give us regarding what will make it special or unique compared to 3B? Are there going to be more practical effects or interactive elements inside? Is there wait service? Will there be a second or third level inside? Will they try to make the menu completely different from 3B?

I'm hoping there's something about it that will really amaze everyone. While I love everything about 3B, I think for Diagon Alley the restaurant will need to step it up and distinguish itself in some way.

That is the niche the Hogwarts Dining hall should fulfil. It's the one thing I really think they should/am shocked they haven't already gone forward with. It would be impossibly busy year round and they could charge a fairly obscene price point if they so desired.
