I done a trademark search for Kevin S Blum. He's the same guy who filed the trademarks for 'Epic Universe' and an attorney for NBC Universal.

I hope that's not the name they end up using for anything, tbh. It's so generic and lazy. "Big Fire" Grill? Seriously? That has to be a name that they got out of a random name generator.

Toothsome has grown on me as a name and NBC Grill and Brew, while not great, is fine for being a sports bar. If they're going for a steakhouse, they don't need to be so in your face about it. Universal seems to like the names being pretty on-the-nose, however. I guess they figure it helps people pick a place to eat faster if the name tells them what they're in for.

Universal could really use a great steakhouse. The Palms at the Hard Rock is a good option but a well themed one in City Walk would be awesome!!!

To go into that trademark a bit more. I think cafe services suggests that there will be some kind of takeaway option which I think cancels out any kind of fine dining option.

Emeril's operated the little tiki bar outside of Tchoup Chop, so maybe?

Timing is right as no name has come forward and Toup Chop has been down since 12/31/17

Actually, we don't know if it's Bigfire Grill, or BigFire Grill. The trademark is BIGFIRE GRILL. I like BigFire myself.
