I was under the impression that cowfish was opening this Saturday, the same day Nascar closes. A Saturday opening is very daring unless it's just a soft opening and not to the general public.

Cowfish has been getting absolutely RAVE reviews from TMs who have eaten there for mock service. Didn't realize it has a third floor up there and AMAZING views of the surrounding area.

Thats awesome to hear...Cowfish is what I am most excited for in this expansion, but I felt it had the potential to be really gross lol

It is probably cooked, same as if there is crab in sushi. They are just not clean creatures.

Probably can only get the fish raw, but you can also get smoked salmon.

I want to see a menu; my husband can't eat seafood, and I don't like sushi, and I am not crazy about burgers, but I'm curious as to what else they have. It certainly is a beautiful restaurant.

Man I wish I had the $$$ to have a big party there and get one of everything. This place is going to be A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! I love me some raw tuna, they'll probably have a burger with a fried egg thrown on just because, they'll have avocado more ways than Buba-Gump does shrimp, everything is more than likely going to be amazing.

Looks wonderful, I want that apple, berry, and brie burger, and the prices aren't too bad, especially after my TM discount. Can't wait to give it a try with the hubby.

I would love if someone going to this new restaurant could ask if the Maine lobster is previously cooked and frozen or live lobster cooked in their kitchen daily. For any of you that may not know the difference, cooked lobster that is frozen, immediately looses 2/3s of its flavor and texture. It is bland and unimpressive, and that is unfortunate for a first timer.

Looking at the pictures of the interior of Cowfish on Twitter makes me really excited for this place. My next trip out to Orlando is going to be filled with so much food.

Ate at Cowfish tonight. Overall it was very good. Started with fried pickles, Awesome. I had one of the Burgushi entrees and it is definitely unique. Had ground beef, mayo, tomato, cheese, and jalapeño in a sushi roll. My wife had a standard shrimp tempura roll and said it was very good. The atmosphere is very quirky and all employees seemed excited to be open.

Went to Nascar for its last day the other day. The employees seemed sad it was closing. We had the rib and chicken combo. It was good, but nothing special. It was sad because they'd already taken a lot of things off the walls.

We are having a staycation this weekend at the Portofino, so we'll check out Cowfish then and I'll report back.

I can't wait to try this. The menu is pretty big, especially for a sushi AND burger lover like me.

The menu for this seems very similar to Splitsville in a way, especially with the Burger/Sushi concept.
