Saw some of the BTS photos SoCal Exploring posted.

Gonna be real….its kind of what I expected. It feels a little generic. Hopefully it will be better than expected because I’m not exactly overwhelmed with what I saw.

Some of the photos looked cool but the zipped up hanging body was pretty rough. Giving Spirit Halloween.

Okay after looking at FiveFires coverage. OMG I love it.... kinda.

The ONLY part that leaves me feeling "meh" is the monkey/primate scenes. I know it technically "fits the scenario", BUT it also feels out of place.

They're not done with scenic details yet, but so far it looks great! No black walls, a fully themed house. Also gotta love the return of the push-cart scare. I'm content.

I love the direction they’re taking this house. Waking up during surgery is my biggest fear, and the monkey screaming with its brain exposed is hitting that for me. The experimentation angle is way more interesting than generic zombies for me

Did a complete 180 on the house finale when I realized that all those bodies in the barrels will be animated. That, plus the confirmation that they're using the strobes, actually sounds pretty overwhelming.

As soon as I saw the level of detail for the finale, I knew it was going to be one of those... "NOPE!-

I really think this one's going to surprise people. It's going to be a bit more HAVOC (with a heavy dose of Return of the Living Dead with the serial numbers filed off) than Orlando's Dead Exposure, but on its own terms, this looks like it has the potential to be a really strong house.

saw the video on YouTube. looks much much nicer than our last dead exposure house in Orlando. I liked what I saw on the vid. I wish I could visit it.

reminds me of day of the dead, one of my all time favorites. or return of the living dead 3
I'm actually glad to see that they didn't use the effect they used for Orlando.
I've always wanted a house like this for Orlando

"Technical rehearsal" so it's possible we didn't see the full effects *wishful hopeful thinking activated*

Wow. I only saw a POV but this house looks amazing.

After the past 3 nights, I've seen both casts & just like other houses- Some roles don't have a tag-out resulting in empty scenes/booholes.

With that being said, the cast is pretty on point with delivering their scares (even got me once or twice).

Animal cruelty. PETA got mad.

....also they only had one scareactor for the role which is why he wasn't always there. And yes, they added a replacement. Stay tuned.

That sucks. The gorilla is so much creepier. There’s something inherently creepy about an angry primate.
