I wonder what theme that 3rd Landry's concept will be. Another animal theme? What would it be? They have already tackled the living and the extinct. Unless they consider mystical animals???

You're paying enough for the environment when you go there, the least they could do is make the food taste a little better hahaha

I enjoyed Rainforest's food back when it first open. Every time I'm in there I feel like it's on a downward slide.

T-Rex's food is good, but there is still room for improvement though.

We have a very different ranking of "good" if we're calling Landry's good.

For the price you pay there, it damn well needs to be better than what you get.

My hunch on that is that Disney is kind of holding off on their venues to see where 3rd parties want to be placed, who is really interested, and how much "extra" space needs to be filled. These Disney concepts are likely "filler" with the exception of one or two. Of course, that's just an educated guess, but given how Disney has mostly turned over DTD to 3rd parties with the exception of about 75% of Marketplace it makes the most sense to me.

Exactly, if they can pack in a 3rd party that will stop guests from leaving property they will. Anything Disney they can fit in another store if they must have it.

well it is kind of on Disney property... but still you make a valid point. having more 3rd parties wouldn't hurt DTD.

There are some great companies on that list. Honestly, I think this is the best direction for DTD to be heading in. People eat up classy outlet malls and this is going to be the classiest. I mean, TopShop/TopMan is making an appearance? That's huge. DTD just needed more. By doubling the stores and making it look pretty, they're basically set for the next 10-20 years. I'm excited

But, really? "Disney Springs"? It's just so . . . meh.

Agreed, the name sucks and locals and other frequent visitors will still call it Downtown Disney, especially since many of us still call it MGM :)

Just looked at this development into Disney Springs for the first time.

Only thing I'm interested in? That Apple logo on the list of possible retailers!
