That reduction of 3ft social distancing vs 6ft is fairly good news for HHN capacity.

Hopefully we'll be beyond that pointy by the fall; but, worse comes to worse, that should help immensely.

I remember when announcements started in the Summer.

I miss seeing people outline things in MS Paint on the HHN website thinking it was the outline of a new icon

"It's just a background bro" was uttered quite a bit on the Vault

If Orlando wanted to, they could always just announce original content while they wait for Hollywood.

I doubt that they would do that anyways. There is usually a repeated pattern of an ip announcement then an original announcement. I highly doubt that they would just announce all the originals. And anyways if they really wanted to, they could announce Ips as well, because all the contracts are still in place. Like everyone else is saying, they are just waiting to see what the situation will be.

As far as announcements go I was under the impression that there is enough momentum and pent up demand to carry the events marketing

It will be less about what will be featured at HHN this year and more that HHN is actually happening

Therefore, I wasn't expecting them to announce much more than tickets lol

I hope so too, but I don't think they will. It honestly depends on how opened up we are by the time HHN rolls around, but I'm sure they'll go back to conga-lining if they can get away with it. I'd prefer keeping my distance though. With how popular HHN will be this year, I'm sure they're worried that attempting to pulse guests through the houses or maintain social distancing inside houses may back up the lines even further than they usually are. They'll keep them if it would affect PR, but if it's deemed safe and people are okay with it, they won't.

So how would they actually do this? I can see pulsing entry to the house but aside from this not sure how they enforce it. Seems like an Ops nightmare to me.

Last year they physically stopped you in the house and then allowed you forward once the scene cleared

It would be like that

Given the circumstances, it worked very well...I wouldn't suggest it for "normal" ops though

30 Years, 30 Fears was never supposed to be the main tagline. That might have just been the merchandise tagline. Never Go Alone was a thing last year. It just never got announced.
