Since the American Dad clues were fun to speculate, makes me want Legacy to do it again with another show. Was it the first one he thought of as an idea or was it before that?

The only specific shows I’ve used are American Dad and Rick and Morty. I’ve also just used “shows” (animated specifically) in the past.

American Dad was just easy this year, as the first three IPs I heard about (Weeknd, Werewolf, Last of Us) I could immediately connect to American Dad episodes.

I already have a plan for next year, which is going to be a bit more challenging.

Well, it's been quite a long speculation season.

I am very happy that I got to take a bigger part in the spec game this year, and become a Contributing Member for these forums!

Thank you to Brian G for putting up with our shenanigans, thank you Legacy for always being great (it was an honor solving the Moonbounce clue, plus I'm starting to get into American Dad thanks to your clues!), and of course to all of the other moderators for helping keeping things nice!

Now, we find ourselves a little over two weeks away from the greatest time of the year, get excited, get hyped! And with that, I will see you all in the Fog.

I know Horrors of Halloween was discussed earlier. But then saying 20% complete what else could we see there (not saying I can’t see it) but my questions are… will the pumpkin lord be a stiltwalker do we think or put into some type of platform/stage in the middle of the zone that’s rolled out after normal park hours? Also could we see orange or purple “Halloween Horror Nights” letters at the front of the structure similar to last year. Personally I think a big light up 31 would be cool. And to end with thoughts for this zone I totally see vines/greenery being wrapped throughout the pumpkins.

@Brian G. This might have already been squared away, but I can’t recall. What house were people thinking was Wicked Growth 2 on the second spec map? Was it Spirits of the Coven?

Brian can correct me if I’m off base here, but my impression was it was a combination of wishful thinking and wires getting crossed when “witches” got around.

People complaining about the food/drink booth's decor? Seriously? That's what you're bringing? If you really feel that way, maybe it is time you just don't attend anymore, because I think the event is no longer what you're looking for. Safe travels finding what you're looking for.

seeing how metallica is being cancelled right now on tik tok and twitter, it was a blessing in disguise that we dont have stranger things this year, and i hope the fire show doesnt have any metallica

We’re not going to do the “if you have any criticisms, leave!” bit. A few people fairly pointed out that some of the graphics packages on the food booths leave something to be desired, even with the intended aesthetic. Frankly, if that’s the main critique at this point, that suggests we’re looking at one hell of a event.

Metallica will be fine. They’ve been “canceled” half a dozen times. And whatever’s going on now wouldn’t have impacted Stranger Things appearing or not.

There’s a fine line to walk when critiquing under construction stuff. Gotta balance the fact it’s not done with the fact art and design probably knows the issues already.
