Quite literally. Every time something new came about as a rumor from the forums or Discord, they'd suddenly have a map update. They're always going to look somewhat accurate when their shtick is looking at other people's notes because they're copying from the A+ students, but they're also going to show their ass when they rush to run with other rumors discussed on here & Discord that the main insiders aren't as seen with things like the Weeknd bar.

So something I thought of was HHN 30 was Mike Aiello last year and ever since(just 31 & 32) we got icons. 31 had PL which was kinda an icon as well as lil boo. For 32 we have Dr. Oddfellow. So it almost seems that the head now(Charles Gray, correct me if I’m wrong) cares more for the icons and fans. (Don’t get me wrong I love Mikes work)

We also got bigger scarezone props. I understand the parade being gone really helps with that as it prevented any big props but still funny. What are you thoughts on this?

Mike was not the reason there weren't icons between 20 and 25. They tried to bring Caretaker back one year and were shut down by marketing.

I don't know if there was an agreement made recently where Marketing relented to in-park icons as long as they weren't featured in the marketing or what, but I'm happy it happened.

I doubt it’s going to be set up like that. I think we are assuming the path with differ toward the end of the house, just like the ride.

Can’t say I expected Vampyr: Blood Bath would become important to HHN lore. I miss the websites, but the podcasts are a really cool alternative.

This really seems like the most connected year since 2011, even if the IPs are separated.

I had the same thought! It was total whiplash hearing that in the podcast. Very cool to know that the old Vampyr series from 2004-2007 (Castle Vampyr, Blood Masquerade, Vampyr: Blood Bath) is canonically connected to and follows the same vampire brood as the Vamp series. I really, really hope they continue this level of lore in future years. I love it.
