I would have guessed ROF+Ex being capped as opening weekend and September in general was crazy last year.
Maybe they will just open these passes back up again but limit your first attendance date to later in the event and their software just can't dynamically handle this.

Last year when they capped it though, October was dead. Especially that last week. They gotta have a plan with this. There’s just no way they’d let that happen again….right??
that's what's so weird
late October was really dead.
are ffp gonna sell out this week?

Will be interesting to see what happens. Honestly thought RoF would sell out first, pushing/spreading people to later in the event instead of what we saw last year.

Insidious/Ghostbusters are strong IPs, but definitely nowhere near the strength/relevancy of Stranger Things/Last of Us with the GP. Will be interesting to see what happens in October.

Why is there random start days though. That seems glitchy to me. This all doesn’t seem permanent as some have already said. It’s gotta be a pulsing strategy or something. Release them little by little?
Or push people into different ticket types or to buy single night express? I wonder if anyone could upgrade to express? I upgraded a ROF to include Express on the first Saturday last year.

I guess what I’m forgetting here is that all the passes are still available without express, so it’s only express that’s being taken away. So it’s not the same cap that happened in September last year. This is all just so wild!

Yeah this whole thing has thrown a wrench into my plans. Just had to panic buy the rush of fear+Ex for myself and my mom since we already had hotels booked for opening weekend (it’s my bday weekend and 1st time i’d ever be able to be at HHN on my bday as a celebration). Was planning on a few weekends in october with my travel group but now we’ll definitely have to reconsider our plans and I’m not even sure of they’ll be able to get an RoF+E in time. This has got me stressed to an insane degree. Unprecedented year from house announcements to ticket drops.

How long until they just start selling a "August/September Pass" and "October Pass"?

Equally priced lol
this post gave me goosebumps but in a negative way. gulp....
Well for $100,000 I got a UFFP with express for sale :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Re: upgrades/downgrades on multi night tickets

"They wouldn't do it over the regular guest line, had to transfer me to a ticketing specialist. But from my time in guest services as long as your ticket was unused you can upgrade or downgrade as much as you want. Once you use it then there are qualifiers. For example if you have a rush and go on a Saturday after the first weekend, you can only upgrade to Ultimate"
