Hulk is closer to rooms at RPR than the movie theater. Its closer than Margaritaville even. Not that I think the sound is an issue, just didn't know if you realized how close the rooms were.

It should be noted that Sapphire is not all that much closer to the ACTUAL Hulks location. So people will find a way to exaggerate. I hope the Roar returns as well.

Sapphire rooms are slightly further away than RPR rooms, but RPR has a lot of foliage and other things in the way that muffle the sound a bit. The path to Sapphire doesn't have that right now so its hard to tell how bad it would be.

I know I've asked this before, but this was a few months ago so things may or may not have changed; Any chance, even very slim, that Hulk will be doing soft openings late April? April 29th I believe.

Yep. The rod things are rebar that sink way down into the original footers. I guess that should be enough to stabilize the new tops. :saywhat:

In Greece you only pay property tax on a house when it's finished, so they often leave rebar sticking out, this allows them to both avoid paying tax and add an extra floor at some point in the future if needed.
In this case leaving the rebar ties the new pour to the old footer
