Is there a contract stipulation that prevents Universal from building or adding any new addition to MSHI per some regulation per the mouse?

Strong agree with this. As far as attractions go, I think it's one of the most complete in the park.

They've done a good job keeping the attractions up to date. Spider Man got the high def treatment a decade ago, and that was a big improvement, on a great attraction. Then they redid Hulk, track and station queue. Dooms had some work also, a few years ago.

I remember the Iron Legion simulator concept around the mid-2010s, definitely not needed by any means but absolutely would've been a cool addition to see.

still a great "teacups on steroids" ride, but it needs the added flair

It would be great if they gave Dr. Doom's Fearfall an aesthetic overhaul similar to the Hulk coaster. This news probably increases the chance of that happening, but only slightly.

I have desperately wanted them to extend the walls around the tower up, like, twenty or thirty feet, so that it’s enshrouded in shadow when you load. That would allow some better lighting on the launch and actually keep fog effects contained.

I don’t buy that at all, keep Marvel for as long as humanly possible just so the Mouse can’t use it.
