The point was being made by another that some video game themed attraction could be a knock-out punch to Potter. Do you really think that Mario or Pikachu is going to take on Harry Potter??? Hmmm???
I am not wrong.
Oh, but I believe you are wrong. Very wrong, actually.
-Nintendo characters appeal to both young and old proving an equally wide (though I'd argue wider) demographic than Potter
-7 books/8 films VS a literal
library of source material to pull from
-Such diversity in games (Zelda, Metroid, Kirby) would create a higher diversity in rides and attractions
-Merchandise would be more ample (pulling from dozens of games instead of a handful of books) and equally as unique
-While Potter expansions are limited to pretty much Diagon, Gringotts, and the train, Nintendo expansions are seemingly limitless
-Disney+Nintendo will damn near monopolize childhoods (they learn to play games before they tackling novels, afterall)
-Adapting the virtual worlds of video games into theme park lands would be a first and give Disney an edge that has yet to be handled
-Oh... and Disney actually has ROOM to do this justice. They won't have to, say, bulldoze Thunder Mountain just to squeeze it in
So I guess Nintendo wouldn't be knock-out punch to Potter, no... it would be a
FALCON PUNCH!!!!
