Then again I had a thought. What are the lines for Kong like just before park closing? We're happy to ride it last thing if it means we can do everything else while Kong mops up the crowds.

Keep in mind you are going during a slower time for crowds, so what is true now might not be then. Check the wait times on the app a few days before arriving for times you are considering riding.

It kind of follows along side stand by and has it's own tricked out decor, just less of it. You will also get a glimpse of witcheepoo and after that, it appears very dull until load.

Which brings me to ask... those who have done single rider... don't you have to walk through unload to get to load??? This has been the biggest mystery to me for the past year.

If they moved the single rider line to the re-ride line, then yeah. You go up the exit, then wait at unload for a bit, then go to the load.

When I was there Express and Singles went in the same entrance. Express branched off right at the witch, so they would see the witch and experience the scare actor. The singles went straight ahead as before

Yes, maybe he meant it goes to the right which would be through the door to the exit queue. I wonder how that is working? I would think there are more Express from the hotels than singles in the queue.

They always scan express at the merge point. I added a purple arrow of what @OLSinFLA is describing. That would give express a 10-15 min wait from merge point and also give them the full queue experience minus screen native.

I took the post to mean the express and single riders go in the yellow line at the left of the drawing then split with express going through the black wall to the orange line in the exit path. There is a door there.

He did say express got to see scare actors so they would have to merge with regular line at witch.

A question. Is the fire real in the witch room? My daughter says no, she thinks it is a trick of lighting, and smoke effects. She works in a haunted house, and thinks she knows all about tricking people.
I think it is real since the fire is so high no misbehaving guest could get burned.

It's fake. Looks like the same effect they use for the Walking Dead Attraction at Hollywood if you look up a vid of that.
