I am curious to know how the 3D works. That was my biggest concern with the ride going to a 3D idea. Does it actually look like you are looking through a windshield into a world or does it just use in your face gags(which would not make any sense to me being you are in a ship with a glass shield)

Yes, the 3D is created perfectly. It really looks like you're looking thru glass.

It was super fun! Some good use of 3D, too. Especially if you end up on Naboo. I saw both intros and two of the first light-speed destinations and two of the second. First part of the queue is really familiar, exact the same things going on but upgraded to look nicer. The new baggage claim was really comical and, yea, seeing Rex was a nice touch. Good stuff.

That said, I'm glad I did it during Cast Preview. While it may be a super fun revamp, I would never want to wait in even half the line that is projected. Heck, I don't wait for any ride over an hour, much less three or four.

I'm working the Pixar Weekend event all weekend at Epcot or else I'd definitely return for the second Cast preview. On that note, anyone who wants to visit Flik feel free!

All he would tell me was that it was awesome...he wouldn't give me any spoilers though...his excuse being that it was a CM preview and if I wanted to know more I'd have to go there and ride it myself. He does like to tease me so!!! :'bang:
